2 Egg whites, beaten to soft peaks
1/8-tsp salt
1-TBSP cinnamon
1-Cup granulated sugar
2-Cups pecan halves

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300ºF. In a large mixing bowl beat egg whites to soft peaks. Stir in pecan halves coating well. In another large mixing bowl, mix salt, cinnamon and sugar together. Coat egg white coated pecan halves with the salt cinnamon, sugar mixture. Spread the pecans into an ungreased sheet pan. Bake 18-25 minutes or until pecans are toasted, stir twice making sure pecans are turned.
