2 Egg whites
2-tsps tap water
1 1/2-Cups granulated sugar
2-tsp salt
4-tsp ground cinnamon
1-Quart (4-Cups) pecan halves

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites and water lightly. Combine sugar, salt and cinnamon. Stir pecan halves in lightly beaten egg whites until they are covered. Sprinkle sugar -cinnamon-salt mixture over pecans and toss until all mixture has evenly covered the pecan halves.

Heat over to 275ºF. Place pecan halves on a lightly greased jelly roll pan. Bake at 275ºF. for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and pour on foil; cool completely. Store in an airtight container until ready to serve.
