1 pound halved candied cherries (red and green)
2-Cups chopped pecans
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1-Cup chopped raisins
1-tsp Vanilla extract
1 (12 oz.) package vanilla wafers, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a large bowl mix the candied cherries, chopped pecans, sweetened condensed milk, raisins, vanilla and crushed vanilla wafers. Batter will be very stiff. Place into pan(s), wrap in may layers of plastic wrap and/or aluminum foil. allow to age in the refrigerator for at least a week. The flavors will have a chance to blend and all of the milk will be absorbed into the cake.
