1/2-Cups Melted Butter
1-cup Brown Sugar
1-Cup Flour
3/4-C Oats

Filling
1-Cup Water
3-Cup Rhubarb
1-Cup Sugar
2-tsp Corn Starch
1-tsp Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Crisp ingredients and set aside.

Filling: Mix ingredients and boil on low heat till thick. Pour rhubarb mixture into dish and top with crisp mixture.

Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
