3 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups butter
5 eggs
2 tbsp. lemon extract
3/4 cup 7-Up
3 cups all purpose flour
Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and butter together and beat until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time and beat well. Add flour, then lemon and 7-up. Pour into a greased and floured pan. Bake at 325º for 1 1/2 hours.
