1 pkg diced frozen potatoes
1/2 onion
1 stick of butter
1 pint half and half
14 oz. velvet cheese
salt and pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Place frozen potatoes in baking dish coated with Pam. Dice onion and combine with potatoes. Add salt and pepper.

In a sauce pan, combine butter, half and half, and velvet. Stir constantly oil melted. Pour over potatoes. Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes or oil top is golden brown.
