5lb White Potatoes
1 cup Hellman's Mayonnaise
2 tsp French's Yellow Mustard
1 tsp Red Hot Sauce
1 tsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp Red Wine Vinegar
2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
Salt & Pepper to taste
Paprika for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
1. Peel potatoes, rinse & cut into bite sized pieces.

2. Put potatoes in large pot. Fill with cold water to just cover potatoes. With flame on high heat bring to boil and boil until potatoes are fork tender. (be careful not to over cook.)

3. Drain & rinse with cold water until cool.

4. In large bowl mix together potatoes, mayonnaise, salt & pepper.

5. in separate small bowl mix together yellow mustard, hot sauce, lemon juice, red wine vinegar and Worcestershire sauc10e. Pour sauce over potatoes, mix well.

6. Sprinkle with Paprika for garnish.

7. Chill & serve.
