1 CAN OF SMALL CLAMS
3 MEDIUM POTATOES DICED
3 MEDIUM CARROTS DICED
1 12 OZ CAN OF EVAPORATED MILK
¼ C CHOPED ONIONS
¼ C MARGARINE
¾ C WATER
1 CAN MUSHROOM SOUP
SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE

Drain Clams and save the liquid . In a pot add juice, potatoes, carrots, butter and onion and water – cook on medium heat til Veg is tender. Stir in mushroom soup, clams, evap. Milk and salt and pepper – heat til hot stirring often so it doesn’t stick
