5 C CHOPPED RHUBARB
1 C SUGAR

Directions:
Set overnight. In the morning add 2 more C of sugar and cook for 10-15 minutes until rhubarb is soft. Add 1 pkg strawberry Jello – Stir well. Seal while hot in sterilized jars. ( you can add raspberry jello instead and /or fruit as well)
