3 C FLOUR
1 C SUGAR
1 C MARGARINE
¾ C CURRANTS
2 EGGS WELL BEATEN
6 TBSP MILK
1 ½ TSP BAKING POWDER
½ TSP BAKING SODA
½ TSP SALT
1 TSP NUTMEG
¼ TSP MACE




Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingred. til crumbly,add currants then add milk. Dough is fairly sticky. Roll ½ of the dough on a floured surface to ¼” thick. Cut into small circles. Then do the other half. Bake in an electric fry pan 250 – 300F degrees for 4 minutes each side.
