½ TSP VANILLA
1 ½ C BROWN SUGAR
¾ C MELTED MARGARINE OR BUTTER
1 C FLOUR
2 TBSP COCOA
¼ TSP SALT
1 C. WALNUTS CHOPPED

Directions:
Beat eggs and vanilla well. Beat in Brown sugar and melted butter
Add dry ingred. Stir to blend, stir in nuts and spread in a greased 9x9 pan . Bake 325F for 35 minutes.

Icing: 2 Tbsp butter, 1 Tbsp of cocoa in a small pan. Heat until it begins to boil. Remove from heat and stir in 1 C icing sugar, 1 – 1 ½ Tbsp light cream, ¼ tsp vanilla. Spread on warm cake.
