¼ C MARGARINE
½ C OIL
1 ¾ C SUGAR
4 TBSP COCOA
1 TSP BAKING POWDER
1 TSP BAKING SODA
2 EGGS
1 TSP VANILLA
½ C SOUR MILK ( add vinegar to sour the mik)
2 ½ C FLOUR
2 C. SHREDDED ZUCCHINI
¼ C CHOCOLATE CHIPS

Directions:
Beat oil, margarine and sugar together, add eggs and vanilla. Then add dry ingred. and sour milk. Mix well add Zucchini and choc. Chips. Bake in a greased 9 x 12 at 325F for 45 Min. ( makes a cake or muffins)
