½ C MARGARINE
1 C SUGAR
1 ½ C FLOUR
2 EGGS (cream with 2 tsp baking pwd.)
8 OZ. SOUR CREAM
2 TSP VANILLA

Directions:
Directions:
Add 1 tsp baking soda to sour cream and let rise. Cream margarine and sugar together. Add eggs and vanilla. Then alternately add dry ingred. And sour cream mixture.
Topping: 2 TBSP BUTTER, ½ C BROWN SUGAR, 1 TSP CINNAMON, ¼ C OF EITHER NUTS OR COCONUT. STIR TOGETHER TO MAKE CRUMBS.

Pour ½ batter into bottom of greased 9x9 pan. Sprinkle with ½ of crumb mixture. Add rest of batter and then sprinkle top with the remaining crumbs. Bake 350F for 40-45 min.
