1 C SUGAR
1 C FLOUR
1 TSP BAKING PWD
1/2 TSP SALT
½ C MILK + 2 TBSP BUTTER
Directions:
Directions:
Heat milk til butter is melted. Beat eggs and sugar til thick and creamy. Add flour, bk pwd and salt and pour milk mixture in til blended. 9 x9 greased pan at 350F for 30 minutes

TOPPING: 5 TBSP BROWN SUGAR, 3 TBSP BUTTER, 3 TBSP CREAM OR MILK, ½ C. COCONUT – BOIL FOR 2 MIN. SPREAD ON CAKE AND BAKE TIL GOLDEN BROWN
