1 can whole kernel corn
1 can creamed corn
8 ounces sour cream
1 stick butter Melted
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
½ cup sugar
2 eggs, slightly beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all ingredients and put into a greased 2 quart casserole
Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour until set in the middle and lightly browned on top.

We love all kinds of corn casseroles. This one is more "cornbread-like" than Nica's, but both are GREAT!
