48 large fresh mushrooms
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 pound crab meat
4 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
1/4 cup mayonnaise
3 tbsp. melted butter
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
2 tsp. spicy brown mustard or horseradish
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. Cajun seasoning
1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce

Remove stems and clean mushrooms. In a large bowl combine all ingredients together and stuff into mushroom caps. Place into 2 greased 13x9x2 inch baking dishes. Bake uncovered at 350º for 16-20 minutes or until heated through.
