10 lbs. cooking apples
1 box of Sure-Jell
5 lbs. sugar
2 tbsp. cinnamon
Directions:
Directions:
Peel, core, and slice apples. Cook apples on low with lid, stirring often to prevent apples from sticking, until apples are soft and mashable. Mash apples, bring to a boil, add Sure-Jell, and cook 3-4 minutes; stir constantly to prevent sticking. Add sugar and cook approximately 10 minutes until thickened; stir often. Pour into hot, sterile jars; adjust lids. Process in boiling water bath for 10 minutes.
