In a large bowl make a stiff dough of....

2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 cup oil
1-1/2 cups warm water
1 tbsp. salt
1 cup starter
6 cups flour or enough to make the dough stiff

Directions:
Directions:
Grease bottom and sides of bowl. Mix ingredients well in bowl; flip dough for top to be greased. Cover lightly with dish towel. Let dough rise over night or for 8 hours or more. Knead dough lightly on a floured board, then divide into two equal parts and place in greased loaf pans. Brush with oil. Let rise for four or more hours, lightly covered. Bake on bottom rack of oven for 350º for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and brush with butter. Freezes well.
