Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup water (very warm)
2 tsp yeast
3 tsp sugar
2 3/4 cup bread flour
1/2-3/4 cup all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixer, add water, yeast and sugar. Mix 3-5 seconds, let sit. In 3-5 minutes, small bubbles will begin forming in the liquid as the yeast starts working. Add salt and flour to mixer reserving the last 1/2 cup of flour to adjust the dough consistency.

In a minute or two the dough should form a ball around your dough hook and be slightly sticky, but not cling to your hands. Place about a tablespoon of olive oil in a large bowl. Remove the dough from the mixer and place in a bowl with the olive oil, turning to lightly coat. Cover with a kitchen towel and let dough rise in a warm, draft free place for an hour. (or until double in size)

Place dough onto a lightly floured surface and divide into two. Roll pizza dough out for baking or roll dough into balls and place in zip lock baggies, then store in refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Bake pizza at 500º-550º on a pizza stone for 8-10 minutes
