3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 cup chopped nuts
3 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 cups oil
2 cups mashed, ripe bananas
8 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients, stir in nuts and set aside. Combine remaining ingredients and add to dry mixture, stirring just until batter is moist. Spoon batter into two greased and floured 9x5x3-inch loaf pans. Bake at 350º for one hour and five minutes or until done. Cool for 10 minutes in pan. Freezes well.
