Directions:
Rinse salmon with water. Rub a small amount of olive oil on salmon meat. Pat a generous amount of blackened and Cajun seasonings on salmon. Place salmon skin side down on a 300º preheated grill. Grill for approximately 6 minutes (depending on thickness). Flip salmon over to the meat side and grill for an additional 5 minutes. Flip salmon back on the skin side and turn up the grill heat to high. When the grill reaches 500º, flip salmon back onto the meat side and grill for approximately 1 minute more to blacken.
