Half a cup of rolled oats (no pre-cooking necessary)
3 eggs

1 tsp of cinnamon
1 tsp of vanilla extract

Topping ideas:
Honey
Maple syrup
Cherries, strawberries
Yoghurt
Sugar and lemon juice

2.Throw in all the ingredients and whisk/mix until smooth
3.Fry in a non stick pan with a little oil or butter on medium heat.
