1/2 CUP SHORTENING
2 EGGS
4 CUPS WARM WATER
1 CUP SUGAR
4 TEAS. SALT
2 PKGS YEAST
14 CUPS FLOUR

CARAMEL
1 CUP CREAM
2 1/2 CUPS BROWN SUGAR
8 TBS. BUTTER

Directions:
Directions:
Soak yeast in 1/2 cup warm water.
Mix all ingredients except flour with mixer.
Add flour 2 cups at a time, knead.
Let rise, knead let rise again.
It is ready to shape for buns, rolls or bread.
Place in greased pans let raise to bake.
Makes 3 9/13 pans of caramel rolls.
Caramel
Place sugar, cream and butter in sauce pan, bring to boil.
Cool then pour in pans add rolls.

For caramel rolls pour caramel in bottom of pans, roll out dough as for a jelly roll. Spread with melted butter and cinnamon and raisins if you like.
Roll up and cut in about 2 in. lengths place in pan on top of caramel.
Let rise and Bake 350.
