5 ml Robertsons Rosemary
5 ml Robertsons Tiemie
2,5 ml Robertsons Swart Pepper
5 ml Robertsons Atlantic growwe sout
sap van 'n 1/4 suurlemoen

Directions:
Directions:
Sny die skaapboud langs die been met 'n skerp mes.
Sny die vleis van die been totdat jy heeltemal oop is tot die been en verwyder die been. Sny enige oortollige vet en druk die vleis plat sodat dit is ongeveer 4 - 5 cm dik
In 'n bak meng knoffel, Robertsons Rosemary, Robertsons tiemie, suurlemoensap en Robertsons Atlantic growwe sout en Robertsons Swart Pepper
Plaas die vleis in 'n vlak bakplaat en gooi die marinade oor
Bedek en laat in die yskas marineer vir sowat 1 uur
Plaas die vleis op die braai en laat kook vir 10 - 15 minute aan elke kant draai gereeld om
haal die lam van die braai en laat rus vir 5 minute voor jy dit sny.
