1 package frozen party wings (or fresh chicken wings)
flour
salt & pepper to taste
2 medium jars of apricot jelly
pinch of red pepper flakes
dash soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, salt, and pepper in zip lock bag
rinse thawed chicken wing parts and toss in flour mixture
fry the wings until golden brown and crispy
remove to pan lined with paper towels to absorb grease; keep warm

dump apricot jelly into a slow cooker
add pinch of red pepper flakes and dash of soy sauce
mix well and turn slow cooker to low

After wings have drained & apricot mixture is warm
mix the wings into the apricot mixture

keep warm & serve
