2 c. French's original or cheddar French-fried onions
2 T. flour
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 egg, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Crunch French Fried Onions with flour in a plastic bag.

Dip chicken into the egg and then coat in onion crumbs.

Bake at 400º F for 20 minutes until chicken is no longer pink.
