1 lb. hamburger
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 egg, slightly beaten
2/3 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup milk
1 can - 20 oz. diced tomatoes
1/2 cup Heinz 57 Sauce
Directions:
Directions:
Combine hamburger, bread crumbs, egg, Parmesan cheese and milk. Shape into 20 balls. Brown well and drain. Sprinkle meatballs with 1 t. flour and gently stir to coat.

Combine diced tomatoes and Heinz 57 Sauce. Pour over meatballs. Simmer uncovered 25 minutes. Serve over noodles or rice.
