2 Ib Round Steak, or diced stew meat you find in the meat dept
2 tsp garlic, chopped
1/3 c. red wine vinegar
1/2 c. chili sauce
1 T chili powder
1 tsp soy sauce
3 T flour
1 c. chopped onion
2 T oil
1 3/4 c. water
1 T paprika
2 tsp. seasoned salt
8 oz light sour cream
egg noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Cook steak, onion, and garlic in oil. Drain. Stir in vinegar, water, chili sauce, paprika, chili powder, salt and soy sauce. Bring to a boil and reduce heat. Cover and simmer 1 hour. Cook egg noodles while simmering. Stir in sour cream and flour together. Add to meat mixture. Serve over noodles.
