1 cup root beer (not diet)
1 cup ketchup
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup fresh orange juice
2 tablespoons brown sugar
3 tablespoons gluten-free Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon molasses
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1 clove garlic, minced
4 boneless pork loin chops, 3/4-inch thick
vegetable oil
Salt and freshly ground black pepper

In medium saucepan, combine all ingredients except pork, oil, salt, and pepper; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer stirring often until reduced to 1 1/2 cups, about 20 minutes. Cool to room temperature. Rub both sides of pork with oil; season with salt and pepper. Place chops on oiled grid over medium-high heat; cover and grill until well browned on bottom side, about 4 minutes. Turn chops; brush sauce over chops. Grill until internal temperature is 155°F., about 4 to 6 minutes. Serve with remaining sauce. Makes 4 servings
