Bag of salad greens (I usually use romaine)
1 can black beans
1 can corn, mexicorn, or 1 cup frozen corn, cooked
1 diced tomato
1/2 cup of Ranch dressing
1/2 cup of salsa (I use medium chunky salsa)
tortilla chips
shredded cheese (cheddar or colby/monterry jack)
boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into strips and cooked

Put salad greens in large bowl. Rinse black beans with cold water and add to salad with corn, tomatoes, and chicken pieces. Mix ranch dressing and salsa together. Put salad in serving bowls. Top with shredded cheese, crush tortilla chips on top, and drizzle with dressing.

I have made this so many different ways! I have made it with both breaded and un-breaded (I sometimes buy precooked chicken strips for this too).
