1 1/2 rows Dad's oatmeal cookies (crushed)
1/4 c fine flaked coconut
1/4 c butter
3 oz semi-sweet chocolate
1/2 c butter
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 c icing sugar
1/2 c chopped nuts (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Combine first three ingredients together and press into an 8"x8" pan. Reserve 3 tablespoons of crumble for later. Melt chocolate and butter, remove from heat and beat in egg, vanilla and icing sugar until thick. Pour mixture over base and sprinkle reserved crumble over the top. Bake at 325º for 8 minutes.
