1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
9 c. Chex cereal
1 1/2 c. powder sugar

Directions:
In 1 quart microwavable bowl, mix chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter. Microwave uncovered on high 1 minute. Stir. Microwave 30 seconds longer or until mixture can be stirred smooth. Stir in vanilla.

In large bowl, place cereal. Pour chocolate mixture over cereal, stirring until everything is evenly coated. Pour into 2 gallon zip-loc plastic bag.

Add powdered sugar. Seal bag; shake until well coated. Spread on waxed paper to cool.
