1 3-5 lb. pork shoulder
salt and pepper
garlic powder
your favorite bbq sauce
slider buns

Aioli:
3/4 c. mayo
1 tsp. minced garlic
2 pinches black pepper
1 Tbsp. lemon juice or white wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. chopped chives

Directions:
Directions:
Generously season the pork shoulder with salt, pepper and garlic powder, and rub pork shoulder with your bbq sauce (use a pastry brush). Place in slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours.

Once cooked, remove pork shoulder and slightly shred - discard fatty parts.

Add about 1/2 c. to 1 c. of bbq sauce to shredded pork and mix.

To make Aioli:
Add all the ingredients to bowl and mix.

Toast slider buns in the oven on 375 for a few minutes, until crispy.

Assemble sliders by adding pork on the bun and topping with aioli.
