1 C Butter
2 C Flour
1 egg yolk slightly beaten
3/4 C sour cream
3/4 C sugar
3 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 C walnuts chopped fine

Preheat the oven to 375º

Cut butter into flour as for pie crust (pastry cutter). Mix egg yolk and sour cream. Add to flour & mix thoroughly. Divide dough into 3 portions & chill thoroughly. Roll each portion on a floured pastry cloth into a circle about 12 in. diameter. Combine sugar, cinnamon and nuts. Sprinkle mixture on dough. Cut into 16 wedges. Roll up wedges starting from the wide ends.

Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet 20 min
