8 cups thinly sliced Napa Cabbage (approximately1 large head)
1⅓ cups thinly sliced radishes
1⅓ cups green onion
1⅓ cups chopped Cilantro
⅔ cup slivered almonds, toasted

Dressing
1 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
3 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1or 2 chopped garlic cloves
½ teaspoon ground ginger
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
⅛ teaspoon Asian sesame oil
