3 cups hot water
3 tablespoons yeast
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoon salt (optional)
2 eggs
1 can 13oz. evaporated milk
2 teaspoons baking powder
10 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
I only use 8-9 cups of (bread) flour.
Works better for me.
I prefer bread flour.
Also I never roll the batter in flour- I use oil.
