3 1/2 c cake flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. mace
1 c butter
2 c sugar
1/4 c milk
2 eggs
Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour once and add baking powder, soda, salt, and mace. Cream butter ;add sugar gradually and continue creaming, then add well beaten eggs. Add dry ingredients alternately with milk to creamed mixture. Chill. Roll out thin and cut into desired shapes and bake at 400º for about 8 minutes.
