3 c sugar
2/3 c evaporated milk
1 12 oz. package semisweet chocolate chips
1 jar marshmallow creme
1 c chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Grease 9 inch square pan.Mix butter, sugar and milk in a heavy 2 1/2 or 3 quart saucepan.Bring to full rolling boil, stirring constantly. Continue boiling 5 minutes (stirring constantly), on medium heat until candy thermometer reads 234º. Remove from heat and gradually stir in chips until melted. Add remaining ingredients, mixing well, then pour into prepared pan. Cool at room temperature.
