3 lbs Squash (can totally be adjusted)
1 Yellow Onion
Butter
Season All
Velvetta
Crackers (buttery like Town House or Ritz)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut squash and onion and place in water with butter and season all. Boil until tender. Drain well. In 9x13 casserole dish place half of the squash and onion. Cube up Velvetta and place over squash. Put a layer of squash and onion, Velvetta on top. Crunch up crackers and pour over the top. Put in oven at 350º until cheese is melted. Yum!
