Potatoes (1 per person about the size of a tennis ball)
Onions (1 per person about the size of a tennis ball)
Corn (2 per person usually bought in frozen packs of 12 short ears)
Sausage (1/4 lb. per person)
Shrimp (1/2 lb. per person)
½ large bottle of lemon juice
2 bags of crab boil

Using a large pot, start with pot ½ full of water. Add both bags of crab boil and lemon juice.

Bring water to a boil and add potatoes (cook 10 minutes), add onions (cook 10 minutes), add corn (cook 10 minutes), add sausage (cook 5 minutes) and then add shrimp (cook 5 minutes). Ready to eat.
