2 C Flour
1/2 C Vegetable Oil
1 tsp salt

In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, mix with a pastry cutter.

Add 3 TBSP cold water to mixture, stir with a fork until a ball forms.
Cut ball in half, roll each half between 2 sheets of wax paper until large enough to cover pie pan.
