2 tsp. olive oil
1 onion shopped
1 1/2 # lean ground beef
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. ketchup
1 1/2 cup beef broth
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
16 oz. frozen mixed vegetables
32 oz. shredded hash browns
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup melted butter

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Brown hamburger (olive oil optional). When hamburger is almost browned add onion and cook until tender, add flour and stir well cooking 1 minute, add ketchup, broth, Worcestershire sauce and vegetables. Cook 5 minutes. Spread mixture into a 9x13 pan. In a mixing bowl combine thawed hash browns, cheese and melted butter, mix well.
Spread potato mixture over beef/vegetables. Bake 45 minutes.
