1/2 cup margerine
2/3 cup sugar
2/3 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1/4 cup apple juice
2 cups + 2T flour
1t cinnamon
1/2t nutmeg
1t baking soda
1 cup shredded apples
nuts and raisins
Directions:
Directions:
Cream together first 4 ingredients.
Add remaining ingredients.
Drop in tablespoons on baking sheets.
Bake at 375º for 12-15 minutes
