Caramel:
32 light colored caramels
5 tbsp. of heavy whipping cream

Crust:
1 cup flour
3/4 cup oatmeal
1/2 tbsp. soda
3/4 cup melted butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 tbsp. salt
***save 1/3 cup of the crust for top later

Directions:
Directions:
Put in 7" x 11" pan and bake at 350º for 10 minutes. Lay 5 milk chocolate bars over crust and cover with melted caramel. Crumble remaining crust and sprinkle on top. Bake for 15 minutes.
