1 lb. Ground Beef
2 cloves garlic minced
1 can tomato paste (6oz)
1 can tomatoes (1 lb 4oz or 2 1/2 cups)
1 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. oregano
1 bag hot boiled wide noodles (8oz uncooked)
8 oz. Swiss Cheese, cut up (1 1/2 cups)
1 carton (12 oz.) cottage cheese

Directions:
Brown beef and garlic in hot fat. Add tomato paste, tomatoes, seasonings. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Heat oven to 350º in oblong baking dish, 11 1/2" x 7 1 1/2" x 1 1/2". Alternate layers of cooked noodles, swiss cheese, cottage cheese and meat sauce. Bake 20-30 minutes. Serve with grated parmesan cheese.
