2 C. LUKEWARM WATER
SALT TO TASTE
2 EGGS
FLOUR TO MAKE SOFT DOUGH

FILLING
2 C. DRY COTTAGE CHEESE
2 EGG YOLKS
SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
ONIONS

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dough ingredients. Add flour as needed to keep it from being sticky.
Cover dough for about 2 hours.
Roll out and cut in squares.
Make filling.
Put a spoonful of cheese mixture in each square, fold over and pinch shut.
Put in boiling water with salt.
Boil till dough is cooked, about 15 minutes, drain, Brown in butter.
