1 bag frozen California Blend vegetables (cauliflower, carrots and broccoli)
1 c. shredded sharp or regular cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. mayo
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup cracker crumbs
1/2 cup melted butter
2-3 cooked chicken breasts

Directions:
Directions:
Cook vegetables until tender, but still crisp. Drain. Combine with other ingredients except
crackers and melted butter. Add cooked chicken, shredded or cut into bite size pieces. Mix together. Top casserole with cracker crumbs that have been mixed with the melted butter.
Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
