Spinach
1/2 pounds Mushrooms ( thinly sliced)
water chestnuts (thinly sliced)
2 cups fresh bean sprout
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/4 cup chopped green onion
1 cup cashews
2 cups cooked rice

Dressing:
2 cloves garlic ( crushed)
1/4 cup soya sauce
1/2 cup salad oil

Directions:
Directions:
Put half spinach in bowl. Layer remaining ingredients . Top with rest of spinach
