4 ounces noodles
1 (10 ounce) package frozen green peas
1 can cream of mushroom soup
½ cup of milk
1 teaspoon instant minced onion
2 teaspoons prepared mustard
1 cup sour cream
2 cups leftover cooked ham, slivered
Parmesan cheese, grated

Preheat oven to 350°F

Grease a 1½ quart casserole dish. Cook noodles for 3 minutes and then rinse under cold running water. Cook peas for 3 minutes and drain. Combine soup, milk, onion, mustard and sour cream. In prepared casserole dish, layer half of noodles, ham, peas and sauce. Repeat layers. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top. Bake uncovered for 25 to 30 minutes or until brown and bubbly.

NOTE: You can double or triple this recipe using a larger pan.
