4 large red potatoes
1 Small onion, chopped
butter
salt
pepper
Directions:
Directions:
For each serving allow 1 potato unpeeled. Wash and slice thinly onto a piece of foil. Add onion, butter, salt, and pepper to taste. Fold foil around potato and seal tightly. Wrap a second piece of foil around the first. Put directly on grill, turning every five to ten minutes for 35 minutes.
